Kaizen Academy plans each camp carefully, so our coaches can create a safe, focused, and productive training environment for every athlete. To help us prepare staffing, equipment, coaching groups, and enrollment, we apply the following cancelation policy to all camp registrations.
Cancelations
We understand that family schedules can change. The refund for amount cancelations depends on how close the request is to the start of camp.
- 14 Or More Days Before Camp: Cancelations qualify for a full refund, minus any processing and registration fees.
- 7 To 13 Days Before Camp: Cancelations qualify for a 50% refund.
- Less Than 7 Days Before Camp: Cancelations do not qualify for a refund.
Transfers
Families may transfer a camp registration to another available camp session when space allows. Please request the transfer at least 7 days before the start of camp, so we have time to update rosters and prepare coaching groups.
Missed Camp Days
Kaizen Academy cannot provide refunds, credits, or make-up days for missed camp days due to illness, scheduling conflicts, travel delays, or other personal absences.
Because our camps rely on planned staffing and limited enrollment, each registration reserves a spot for that athlete for the full session.
Camp Cancelation By Kaizen Academy
If Kaizen Academy, LLC cancels a camp due to low enrollment, facility issues, or unforeseen circumstances, families may choose one of the following options:
- Full Refund: You may receive a full refund for the canceled camp session.
- Session Transfer: You may transfer registration to another available camp session.
Medical Exceptions
Kaizen Academy may consider refund requests related to medical emergencies on a case-by-case basis. We may request documentation before approving an exception.
We aim to handle these situations with care while keeping the policy fair for all families and athletes enrolled in camp.
